Our Pur'Aloé Drinking Juice is extracted from the fresh pulp of organically grown Aloe vera barbadensis Miller leaves. This juice, composed only of Aloe vera, will delight you with its numerous therapeutic virtues. It relieves pain, inhibits inflammation, regenerates mucous membranes, has a positive effect on digestion and strengthens the immune system.

Aloe juice contains polysaccharides, such as glucosides or acemannan. It improves the ability of the intestinal mucosa to absorb minerals and trace elements. These have a beneficial effect on the immune system and therefore help to prevent disease.

Regularly taking aloe juice is therefore both preventive and curative.

Rich in vitamins - provitamin A, free radicals and vitamin E, the juice will help the body to fight against factors such as pollution, tobacco, chemicals, UV, radiation or bad eating habits by trapping free radicals.

By drinking aloe juice, you will have a complement in vitamins C, B, minerals and trace elements essential to the physical and psychological balance.

Drinking aloe vera therefore helps the general functioning of the body. No more iron deficiencies and a pale complexion, boosting your body is important in these difficult times of pandemic. Your body will be grateful to you.

STORAGE ADVICE: this juice does not contain any preservatives and must be kept in the refrigerator after opening, where it will keep for up to 4 weeks.

ADVICE FROM OUR NUTRITIONIST AMANDINE :

The key points of the diet in parallel with the Pur'Aloé vera juice treatment:

- Optimal hydration,

- Alternate between raw and cooked fruit and vegetables. Raw vegetables provide more vitamins as they have not been heat treated and cooked vegetables are more digestible than raw vegetables for many people,

- animal and vegetable proteins in the right quantities (meat, fish, eggs, legumes, etc.) according to each lifestyle so as not to be deficient and yet not to overload the body and thus tire it,

- Favour starchy foods with a low glycaemic index, often rich in fibre (wholemeal pasta, wholemeal rice, legumes, etc.) because they limit the risk of reactive hypoglycaemia and provide energy in a more diffuse way.

- We should be careful about the overall quantities consumed because, as we all often feel after eating, digestion requires a lot of energy and can lead to fatigue. So we try to eat slowly so that we can feel the satiety phenomenon better.

- In order to avoid any risk of deficiency, don't forget to consume omega 3 through fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines) or vegetable oils such as rapeseed or flax; magnesium through wheat bran, unsweetened cocoa, oleaginous fruits, dark green leafy vegetables, black beans and iron through 2 red meats per week as well as legumes.

2 tablespoon before each meal, pure or diluted in fruit juice.
