Delivery and returns

How your package is shipped

Packages are generally shipped within 48h of receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi, drop-off without signature. If you should wish for a drop-off with signature, extra costs wil be applied, please contact us. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link which will allow you to follow delivery of your package on line.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and mail fees. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases together in one order only. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay carriage costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, and special care is given when preparing packages containing fragile products.
